    I called for 30 minutes and no answer. Then I ordered online and went to pick up. I sat for over 10 minutes at the window waiting for them to come to the window. Pizza was great, service terrible.

    I was on hold for over 14 minutes and no one answered to take my order. Love the pizza but a 15 minute hold and still no pizza. Calling somewhere else!

    Ordered online and was quoted 2 hr delivery time. Called to cancel the order and was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Hung up and called back multiple times before someone finally answered. Go elsewhere.
